Our in-service programs provide professional training and staff development workshops that are for first responders by first responders. Our public safety professionals are trained to discuss and share with others in their peer group to provide a priceless safe space. We consider this a key component of continuing education.

Bridging the gaps between those that serve and the community is key. We have designed a suite of carefully procured events and programs that inform and engage citizens, leaders, and servants.
Our platform empowers first responders to take personal responsibility for their mental health, physical health and performance how and when they see fit. We help them identify and evaluate what every day activities have a direct impact on their performance and how they feel on a daily basis.
The first step in building behavioural change is awareness. First fesponders can assess their health and lifestyle choices by taking the pre-program assessment. Over the course of the program their awareness increases substantially.
Motivation to change is one of the most important predictors of behavioural change. The P.U.L.S.E. Challenge engages first responders, regardless of their motivation and helps them improve their levels of physical activity.
During the first 100 days of the program, first responders learn to form new, healthier habits around physical activity, nutrition, psychological wellbeing and sleep, which ensure that health benefits are maintained well after the end of the program and that their new learned behaviours have a positive impact on others.
